Accountability Board
The Accountability Board shall be a five member Board which will be charged with the responsibility of maintaining the highest levels of fiduciary and moral integrity of the Ministries and its component parts.
Regular Board Meetings:
Regular meetings of the Board shall not be less than once per quarter. The agendas of these meetings shall be Prayer, Call to Order, Roll Call, Reading of the Mission Statement and the Minutes, Old Business, New Business and Adjournment and Prayer. Notifications of said meetings shall be sent in writing no later than fourteen (14) working days prior to said meeting. A copy of the minutes of this meeting must be sent no later than fourteen (14) days after said meeting to the entire Board.
Emergency Meetings:
Emergency Meetings may be called by the President of the RYMM Board or requested by at least three members of said Board. The only agenda items at Special Meetings shall be Prayer, Call to Order, and Roll Call, purpose of said meeting and Adjournment and Prayer. Notifications of said Meeting must be made by telephone, email or text as soon as possible pursuant to the severity and type of emergency. A copy of the minutes of this meeting must be sent no later than fourteen (14) days after said meeting to the entire Board.
The Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee shall consist of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of the Board. They shall meet in executive session in lieu of or whenever the entire Board is unable to meet. They shall have the full power and authority of the Board to act and make decisions. The only agenda items at Special Meetings shall be Prayer, Call to Order, and Roll Call, purpose of said meeting and Adjournment and Prayer. Notifications of said Meeting must be made by telephone, email or text as soon as possible pursuant to the severity and type of emergency. A copy of the minutes of this meeting must be sent no later than fourteen (14) days after said meeting to the entire Board.
